AN ORDINANCE authorizing the leasing of that portion of
Tumwater Street in the City of Port Angeles from the northerly margin
of the bulkhead now constructed by the Port of Port Angeles across
_. Tumwater Street northerly to the northerly.end of the present dock
or wharf of the Standard Oil Company as now constructed and maintained.
THE CITY COMMISSION OF THF, CITY OF PORT ANGELES DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:

Section I. That pursuant to an application on that behalf filed by
the Standard Oil Company and pursuant to the written consent of the
owner of the abutting property, and pursuant to notice of intention to
lease published according to law, the Mayor and City Clerk be and they
are hereby authorized and empowered to execute on behalf of the City of
Port Angeles a lease to the Standard Oil Company for a period of five
years from the 26th day of December, 1925, to that portion of Tumwater
Street•frofn the - northerly margin of the bulkhead now constructed by the
Port of Port Angeles across Tumwater Street, northerly to the northerly
end of the present dock or wharf of the said Standard Oil Company as
now constructed and maintained, at the annual rental of Fifty Dollars,

Section II. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force after its
passage and approval,. and from and after -+44*a days after its lawful
publication.
