ORDINANCE NO. YON.
AN ORDINANCE vacating the following described streets and
parts of streets, alleys and parts of alleys in the City of Port An-
geles, to wit:
First Street from the 'lest margin of Valley Street to
the East margin of Tumwater Street; Front Street from
the ':Jest margin of Valley Street totithe East margin of
A Street; Pine Street from the North margin of the al-
ley through Block 36 to the pierhead line; Cedar Street
from the North margin of the alley through Block 36 to
the pierhead line; Tumwater Street from the North mar -
gin of First Street to the pierhead line (subject to
the lease held by the Standard Oil Co >npany). Also the
alleys through Blocks 9 - 10 - 11 - 12, and that por-
tion of an alley in Block 35 which lies North of the
new street through the said Block 35, Townsite of Port
Angeles.
THE CITY COMLiISSION OF THE CITY OF PORT ANGELS DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
Section I. II on the petition duly filed and signed by the
owner of more than two- thirds (2/3) of the property abutting upon
the streets and alley ways hereinafter described, and upon which
due, legal and timely notice of hearing was given, and no protests
• having been made to the granting of said petition, the following

streets and parts of streets, alleys and parts of alleys in the
City of Port Angeles as prayed for in said petition, be and the
same are hereby vacated, to wit:
First Street from the lest margin of Valley Street to
the East margin of Tumwater Street; Front Street from
the ':Jest margin of Valley Street to the East margin
of A. Street; Pine Street from the North margin of the
alley through Block 36 to the pierhead line; Cedar
Street from the North margin of the alley through
Block 36 to the pierhead line; Tumwater Street from
the North margin of First Street to the pierhead line
(subject to the-lease held'by the Standard Oil Comp-
any). Also the dleys through Blocks 9 - 10 - 11 - 12,
and that portion of an alley in Block 35 which lies
North of the new street through the said Block 35,

Section II. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force after its passage and approval, and from and after thirty
days after its lawful publication. e�
Passed first reading by the City Commission, September 21, C, 1926.
Passed second reading by the City dommission, October 13 ; 1926.
Passed third reading and finally passed and adopted by the City Com-
mission, October/3115, 1926.
