It shall be unlawful for any person being the owner or havin the control of any dog in the City of Dort I_ng7eles to allow the same to run at large or to be upon the streets and alleys of the City of :•ort r_npeles unless such dog shall be under the imme- diate control of tae person owning; or charged with the care thereof. Section II. It shall be unlawful at all times for any per- son being the owner or aavin:g the control of any dog, to allow such dog to be upon any public play :*round in the City of Fort .'.ngeles or on or about any public school or the pre -rises and ;*rounds of any school building in the City of Port ngeles. Section III. my person convicted of violating; any of the provisions of this- ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by n fine in a sum not exceeding fifteen. dollars (A.5.00). Section IV. All ordinances or parts of ordinances In con- flict with the forF going or any part thereof are aereby repealed. Section V. This ordinance is declared to he necessary for the public welfare of tie inhabitants of this City, and an emergency is hfreby declared to exist, and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its passage and publication.
