ORDINANCE NO.887 •
AN ORDINANCE vacating the following described streets and
parts of streets, alleys and parts of alleys in the City of Port
Angeles, to-Wit:
That portion of 0 Street from the southwesterly margin of
10th Street southerly to.. the line. running between; Suburban Blocks
fifty -six (56) and sixty -nine (69) proje.�ted northwesterly; alsb
that portion o$ 0 Street from the northeasterly. margin of -10th
Street, northeasterly to the northerly margin of the right of way
of the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railway Company;
also that portion of 10th Street from the line running:between
Suburban Blocks forty -five (45) and forty -six (46) projected south-
westerly, northwesterly to the northerly margin of the right of
way of the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific .Railway Company.
THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OP PORT ANGELES DO ORDAIN
- AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That upon the petition duly filed and signed by
the owner of more than two - thirds (2/3) of the property abutting
upon the streets and alleyways hereinafter described, and upon which
due, legal and timely notice of hearing was given, the following
streets and parts of streets,- alleys 'and parts of alleys in the City
of Port Angeles as prayed for in said petition, be and the same are
hereby vacated, to -wit:
That portion of 0 Street from the southwesterly margin of
10th Street southerly to the line running between Suburban Blocks
fifty -six (56) and sixty -nine (69) projected northwesterly; also
that portion of 0 Street from the northeasterly margin of 10th
Street, northeasterly to the northerly margin of the right of way
of the Chicago, Milwaulpe, St. Paul and Pacific Railway Company;
also that portion of 10th Street from the line running between
Suburban Blocks forty -five (45) and forty -six (46) projected south-
westerly, northwesterly to the northerly margin of the right of
way of the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railway Company.
Section II. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
,, -- after its passage and approval, and from and after thirty .days after
its lawful publication.
Passed first reading by the City Commission, Oct.,Z. 1129.
Passed second reading by the City Commission, e / 1929.
Passed third reading and finally passed and adopted by the
City, Commission, �cGvL 27929.
