That there be and is hereby granted unto Northves- tern Power & Light Comany, a corporation, hereinafter called the com- pany, its successors and assigns, the right, privilege, .ice. Angeles shall in every respect conform to the re U&re nts get forth and- reseri:bed by the statutes of q � P g the state of Washington and the ordinances of the City of Port Angeles, • which are now or may hereafter be in effect. The City of Port Angeles shall have full right and authority 1;)-y and through its light superintendent.to inspect the construction, equipment and -or material of the company for the purpose of determining 0 that the requirements of this ordinance have been fully complied with. Section 6. That in installing; the poles herein provided for and licensed, the company shall, whenever possible, set its poles to coil respond to the present location of the light poles of the City of Port Angeles, to the end that the least possible duplication of existing poles shall result from the installation herein licensed along the streets and alleys above named. Whenever poles of the company shall be installed to take the place of existing poles of the City, as herein provided, the cost of transferring the city's wires and equipment from its own „poles to those installed by the company shall be borne entirely by the .eonijany. Section 7. That all lines hereafter constructed by the company • under authority of this ordinance and all replacements hereafter made by ,the company pursuant to the authority herein granted, shall he installed;._ upon insulators of sufficient type and weight in capacity to carry a load• and current equal to twenty per .cent excess over the load and current ac- tually carried upon such lines. Section 8. That the company shall pay for the rights and priv- ileges herein granted, the sum of 31.00 per annum for the term hereof, payable in advance on, the 1st day of February of each year. Section 9. That the company shall within fifteen days from and after the passage and approval of this ordinance, file. its acceptance in 40) writing hereof with the Clerk o± the City. Section 10.
