AN ORDINANCE fixing the salaries, compensation and wares of cer-
tain officers and employees of the City of Port Angeles, Washington.
THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PORT ANGELES DO ORDAIN AS
F0LL0'.75:
Section 1. On and after, and as of January 1, 1931, the salaries,
compensation and wages of the following named officers and employees
of the City of Port Angeles shall be and are now heresy fixed as fol-
lows:
Mayor $ 166.66
Commissioner of Finance 150.00
Commissioner of Public Works 150.00
City Clerk 175.00
City Treasurer 175.00
City Attorney 200.00
City Engineer 250.00
Police Judge 80.00
Health Officer 35.00
Sanitary Inspector 40.00
Chief of Police 175.00
Patrolmen 140.00
Street Superintendent 150.00
Fire Chief 175.00
Assistant Chief 150.00
Drivers 150.00

Section 2. All of said salaries, compensation and wages shall
be paid monthly.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance is declared to be urgent and neces-
sary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and
safety of the inhabitants and people of said 8ity of Port Angeles,
and shall take effect and be in force immediately upon and from and
after its passage, approval and lawful publication.

Passed third reading wand finally passed and adopted by the City
