AN ORDINANCE vacating certain portions of an alley in the
City of Port Angeles described as follows, to wit:
The portion of the alley between First 4nd Second Streets,
Peabody and Vine Streets; which abuts on Lots One (1) to
Six -(6) r- .incl. , and Thirteen (13) to Eighteen-(18), incl. ,
of Bloch T e ty -eight (28) , :;orm p- A. Smith's Subdivision
of the Tovps•ite of Port Angers.

Section Z. That upyin the petition "duly signed and filed by

the portions of alleys hereinafter described acid upon which peti-
tion, due legal and timely notice of hearing was given and hear -

same is hereby vacated, to wit:
. That certain portion of the alley between First and Second
Streets, Peabody and Vine Streets, abutting upon the follow -
ing described lots, to wit:
Lots One (1) to Six (6), incl., and Thirteen (13) to
Eighteen (l8) , incl. , of Block Twenty-eight (28), Norman
R. Smith's Subdivision of the Towneite of Port Angeles.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
after its passageand approval and from and after thirty days after
its lawful publication, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to
cause the same to be published.
Passed first reading by_the City Commission February 14, 1934
Passed second reading by the City Commission Febeuary 14, 1934.
Passed third reading and finally passed and adopted b, the City
Commission February 21, 1934.
