THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PORT ANGELES DOES ORDAINkS TOLIIOVs: _ .. r Section 1. That the City budget of and for the City of Port Angeles for the fiscal year 1934, as prepered by the City Clerk of said city, and as amended and determined by said City Com- mission meeting and having full hearing thereon upon the 1st day of October, 1934, according to legal and regularnotice of such meeting and hearing, and in accordance with law, and each and every item thereof as so finally amended, fixed and determined by said City Commission, be and the same is now hereby adopted, ap- proved and. confirmed. Section 2. That appropriation be and is hereby made and allowed for each of the classes named and set forth in Section 4 of Chapter 158 of the 1923 Session Laws of the State of Washing- ton, in accordance with and as set forth in said budget as so finally fixed and determined as follows: salaries and Wages 0105,300.00 Maintenance and Operation 79,573.20 Capital Outlays 42,110.00 Interest and Debt Redemption 125,354.24 $352,337.44 — Section 3. —'Ther " "e"`is 'urgent"ne�essity and - emergency` for the passage and adoption and taking effect of this ordinance for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety, which urgency and emergency is now hereby stated and declared.
