ORDINANCE NO. 1029
1 AN ORDINANCE vacating certain portions of an alley in the City of Port
2 HAngeles, described as follows, to -wit:
3 That portion of the alley between 17th and 18th Streets, "B" and "C"
4 'Streets which abuts the following described lots, to -wit: Lots One (1) to Ten
5.:(10), inclusive, and Lots Eleven (11) to Twenty (20), inclusive, Block Four
6 Hundred Forty -nine (449), Townsite of Port Angeles, Clallam County, Washington.

THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PORT ANGFT1 S DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That upon the petition duly signed and filed by the owners
. 9 'of more than two thirds of the property abutting upon the portions of alleys
10 !hereinafter described and upon which petition, due, legal and timely notice of
11 s hearing was given end hearing thereafter duly had, the following portions of an
12 1alley in the City of Port Angeles as prayed for in said petition, be and the se,me
13 is hereby vacated, to -wit:
14 That portion of the alley between 17th and 18th Streets,
15 "B" and "C" Streets which abuts the following described
16 lots, to -wit:
17 Lots One (1) to Ten (10), inclusive, and Lots Eleven (11)
18 to Twenty (20), inclusive, Block Four Hundred Forty -nine
19 ' (449), Townsite of Port Angeles, Clallam County, Washington.
. 20 Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its
passage and approval and from and after thirty days after its lawful publication,
22 and the City Clerk is hereby directed to cause the same to be published.

Passed third reading and finally passed and adopted by the City Comm-
