1 AN ORDINANCE adopting and approving the City budget of and for the
2 City of Port Angeles, for the fiscal year, 1937, and declaring an emergency.

3 THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PORT ANGELES DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. That the City budget of the for the City of Port Angeles
5 for the fiscal year, 1937, as prepared by the City Clerk of said city, and as
6 r amended and determined by said City Commission meeting and having full hearing
7 thereon upon the 5th day of October, 1936, according to legal and regular notice
8 of such meeting and hearing, and in accordance with law, and each and every item
9 I thereof as so finally amended,•fixed and determined by said City Commission, be
10 , and the same is now hereby adopted, approved and confirmed.
11 J Section 2. That appropriation be and is hereby made and allowed for
12 each of the classes named and set forth in Section 4 of Chapter 158 of the 1923
13 Session Laws of the State of Washington, in accordance with and as set forth in
14 1 laid budget as so finally fixed and determined as follows:

20 Section 3. There is urgent necessity and emergency for the passage
21 1 and adoption and taking effect of this ordinance for the immediate preservation
22 1 of the public peace, health and safety, which urgency and emergency is now hereby
23 stated and declared. Therefore this ordinance shall take effect and be in full
24 force and effect from and after and immediately upon its passage, approval and
25 lawful publication.
