ORDINANCE NO. 1034
1 AN ORDINANCE, fixing the salaries, compensation and wages of certain
2 officers and employees of the City of Port Angeles, Washington;

THE CITY COMMIISSION OF THE CITY OF PORT ANGELES DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. On and after, and as of January 1, 1937, the salaries,
5 compensation and wages of the following named officers and employees of the
6 I City of Port Angeles shall be and are now hereby fixed as follows:

7 Section 2. All of said salaries, compensation and wages shall be paid
8 monthly.
9 1 Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict theretrith
10 are hereby repealed.
11 Section 4. This ordinance is declared to be urgent and necessary for
12 the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety of the inhab-
13 1 itants and people of said City of Port Angeles, and shall take effect and be in
14 force immediately upon and from and after its passage, approval and lawful pub -
15 1 lication.
16 i Passed first reading by the City Commission January 20, 1937.
17 Passed second reading by the City Commission January 20, 1937.
18 .1 Passed third reading and finally passed and adopted by the City
19 Commission January 27, 1937.
20 Approved and signed by the Mayor January 27. 1937.
