THE CITY COMNISSION OF THE CITY OF PORT ANGELES DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLO' "S : Section 1. That the City budget of and for the City of Port Angeles for the fiscal year, 1938, as prepared by the City Clerk of said city, and as emended and determined by said City Commission meeting and having full hearing thereon upon the 4th day of October, 1937, according to legal and regular notice of such meeting and hearing, end in accordance with law, and each and every item thereof as so finally amended, fixed and determined by said City Commission, be and the same is now hereby adopted, approved and c,nfirmed. Section 2. That appropriation be end is hereby made and allowed for *aeh of the classes named and set forth in Section 4 of Chapter 158 of the 1923 Session Laws of the State of Washington, in accordance with and as set forth in said budget as so fii.ally fixed and determined as follows: Salaries and Wages 0133265.00 Maintenance and Operation 153778.00 Capital Outlays 29166.00 Interest , Debt Redemption 129394.21 Total 2445643.21 Section 3. Thereia urgent necessity and erergency for the passage and adoption and taking effect of this ordinance for the immediate preservaition of the ublic peace, health and safety, ; :ich urgency and emergency is now hereby stated and declared. Therefore this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect from and after and immedi!tely upon its passage, approval and lawful publicrt`.on. Passed first reading by the City Commission October 6, 1937. Passed second reed'ng by the City Commission October 6, 1937. Passed third reading and adopted by the City Commission vctober 13, 1937.
