ORDIEANCE NO. 1045
1 AN ORDINLNCE amending Sections 10 and 31 of Ordinance No. 971
2 , of the City of Port Angeles, and repealing Sections 35, 36, 37, 38,
3 39, 40, 41, 42, 44, 45 and 49 of said Ordinance No. 971 of the City
4 ; of Port Angeles; and providing that • said amendments and said re-
5 I peal shall be effective as of January 1, 1938.

7 AS FOLLOWS:
8 Section 1. That Section 10 of Ordinance No. 971 of the City
9 of Port Angeles be amended so as to • ^e ^e Ps follows:
10 "Section 10. Licenses for dogs may be issued
11 directly by the City Clerk. All other licenses shall
12 r be submitted to the City Cor,;missio,, for action."
13 Section 2. .hat Section: .1 of Ordinance Igo. 971 of the City
14 I of Port Angeles be amended so as to read as follows:
15 "Section 31. C012 TRCIAL V 1 {ICL : Within the
16 { meaning of this Ordinance the term "Commercial Vehicle"
17 j shall include all vunicles for the transportation of
18 passengers for Aire fro:.. place to place over and upon
19 the public streets of the City of Port Angeles."
20 Section 3. That Sections 35, 3n,.37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 44,
21 45 and 49 of Ordinance Lo. 971 or the City of Port Angeles, be
22 1 and they are 'hereby repealed.
23 f Section 4. That the amendments and repeals above referred
24 j to in t,ais o=dinance shall be effective as of January 1, 1938.
25 j Section 5. That this ordinance shall take eifect and be in
26 force thirty days after anu from its final passage, approval and
27 ! lawful publication.
