On and after, and as of January 1, 1938, the 7 salaries, compensation and wages of the following named officers 8 1 and employees of the City of Port Angeles shall be and are now • 9 hereby fixed as follows: 10 ! All of said salaries, oompensations, and wages 15 shall be paid monthly. 16 Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in 17 conflict therewith are hereby repealed. 18 Section 4.
