1 AN ORDINANCE vacating Third Street between the east boundary line of Race
2 ,Street and the west boundary line of Washington Street, and the alley in Block
3 Three (3) of Doyle's Subdivision of Suburban Lot Twenty (20), of the Townsite of
4 (Port Angeles, Clallam County, Washington, said alley being located in the block
5 bounded by Third Street on the North, Washington Street on the East, Fourth Street
6 on the South, and Pace Street on the Nest.

THE CITY C01ts'ISSIOr. OF THE CITY OF PORT ANGELES DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
8 J Section 1. The City of Port Angeles being the owner of all of the real

III9 property abutting on the street and alley hereinafter described; and the City
10 IComrnission of the City of Port Angeles having on the 22nd day of March, 1939,
11 unanimously adopted a resolution to vacate the hereinafter described street and
12 +alley; due, legal and timely notice of a public hearing on the matter of the
13 vacation of the hereinafter described street and alley having been given in the
14 imanner provided by law, and the City Commission of the City of Port Angeles having
15 'held said hearing in the manner provided by law and in the manner set forth in the
16 notice of said hearing, and being fully advised and of the opinion that the here --

17 !inafter described street and alley should be vacated, the following described
18 .street and alley are hereby vacated:
19 Third Street between the east boundary line of Race Street and the nest

i20 { boundary line of Washington Street, and the alley in Block Three (3) of
21 Doyle's Subdivision of Suburban Lot Twenty (20), of the Tcwnsite of Port

22 Angeles, Clallam County, Washington, said alley being located in the block
23 bounded by Third Street on the North, Washington Street on the East, Fourth
24 Street on the South, and Race Street on the West.
III25 i Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its pass -
26 .age and approval and from and after thirty (30) days after its lawful publication, i
27 and the City Clerk is hereby directed to cause the same to be published.
28 f Passed first reading by the City Commission April 19, 1933.
29 ! Passed second reading by the City Commission April 19, 1939.
• 30 Passed third reading and finally passed and adopted by the City Commission
