Section 2. All of said salaries, compensation and wages shall be paid monthly.
Section 3. All ordinances and parte of ordinances in conflict therewith are
15 hereby repealed.
16 Section 4. This ordinance is declared to be urgent and necessary for the
17 'immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety of the inhabitants
18 and people of said City of Port Angeles, and shall take effect and be in force im-
19 ;mediately upon and from and after its passage, approval and lawful publication.
• 20 Passed first reading by the City Commission, Tanuary 22, 1941.
21 -Passed second reading by the City Commission, Tanuary 22, 1941.
22 Passed third reading and finally passed and adopted by the City Commission,
