10 Section 1. That Section 30 of Ordinance I:o. 971 be and the same is hereby
11 amended to read as follows:
12 "Section 30. Hereafter it shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corpora-
13
tion to operate or conduct any public cafe, restaurant, aininr hall, lunch stand
14 or eating house in the City of Port Angeles, without having paid an annual license !
15 fee therefor which is hereby fixed in the sun of Twelve and no /100 (,1,..00)

Section 2. This Ordinance is declared to be urgent and necessary for the
immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety of the inhabitants
and,Teeple of said City of Port :;;elet, and shall take effect and be in full
force immediately upon and from and after its passage, approval and lawful publi-
cation.
