1 AN ORDINANCE fixing the salaries, compensation and wages of certain officers ;
2 and employees of the City of Port Angeles, Washington:
3 THE CITY C011 :ISSION OF THE CITY OF PORT ANGELES DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
4 ' Section 1. On and after, and as of January 1, 1942, the salaries, compensa-
$ tion and wages of the following named officers and employees of the City of Port
6 Angeles shall be and are now hereby fixed as follows:

17 Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict therewith are
is hereby repealed.
19 Section 4. This ordinance is declared to be urgent and necessary for the
20 immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety of the inhabitants
21 and people of said City of Port Angeles, and shall take effect and be in force im -i,
22 mediately upon and from and after its passage, approval and lawful publication.
23 Passed first reading by the City•Commission, January 14, 1942.
24 Passed second reading by the City Commission, January 14, 1942.
25 Passed third reading and finally passed and adopted by the City Commission,
26 January 21, 1942.°
