That the City budget of and for the City of Port Angeles for the c1,44 fiscal year 1945, as prepared by the City Clerk of the City,, and, as am tided and r` determined by said City Commission meeting and having full hearing thereon upon the 2nd day of October, 1944, according to legal and regular notice of such meet- ing and hearing, and in accordance with law, and each and every item thereof as so finally amended, fixed and determined by said City Commission, be and the sane is hereby adopted, approved and confirmed. Section 2. That appropriation be and Is hereby made and allowed for each of the classes named and set forth in Section 4 of Chapter 158 of the 1923 Session taws of the State of Washington in accordance with and set forth in said budget as so finally fixed and determined as follows: Salaries and Wages Maintenance and Operation Capital Outlay Interest and Debt Redemption Total 267,160.00 341,920.00 14,185.00 96,965.00 0 720,230.00 Section*3. 'There is urgent necessity and emergency for the passage and i hdoption and taking effect of this ordinance for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety, which urgency and emergency is now hereby stated and declared.
