ORDINANCE NO. //DIY
AN ORDINANCE vacating certain portions of an alley in the
City of Port Angeles, described as follows, to -wit:
That portion of the alley, bein the westerly 250 feet,
running in a general easterly and westerly direction through Block
Thirty -five of Norman R. Smith's Subdivision of the Townsite of Port
Angeles, said alley being approximately twenty feet in width.

ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That upon the petition being duly signed and
filed by the owners of more than two- thirds of the property abutting
Upon the portions of alley hereinafter described, and upon which
petition due, legal and timely notice of hearing; was given, and a
hearing duly had on said date provided therein, the following portions
of an alley in the City of Port Angeles, as prayed for in said petition,
be and the same is hereby vacated, to -wit:
The westerly 250 feet of the alley running in a general
easterly ant westerly direction through Block Thirty -five of Norman
?. Smith's Subdivision of the Torrnsite of Port Angeles, Clailam County,
Washington, and being approximately twenty feet in v'idth.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its
passage and approval and from and after thirty days after its legal
publication.
