.1N ORDINANCE vacating certain portions of an alley in the City
of Port Angeles, described as follows; to -writ:
That portion of the alley running; through Block Thirty -five of
the To:msite of Port Angeles lying and being between Lots Nine and Ten
on the North of said Alley and Lot Eleven on the South of said alley in
said Block Thirty -five, Townsite of Port Angeles.

'OLLO "S:
Section 1. That upon the petition being duly signed and filed
by the owners of more than two- thirds of the property abutting upon the
Portions of alley hereinafter described., and upon which petition, due,
legal and timely notice of hearing was given, and a hearing; duly had on
said date provided therein, the following portion of an alley in the
City of Port Angeles, as prayed for in said petition, be and the same
is hereby vacated, to -wit:
That portion of the alley running through Block Thirty -five of
the Townsite of Port Angeles, being and lying between Lots Nine and Ten
on the north of said alley and Lot eleven on the south side of said
alley in said Block Thirty -five, townsite of Port Angeles, and being
aroproximately twenty feet in width, reserving however, to the City,the
right to maintain, reoair or improve ar reconstruct any existing water
lines or mains or electric lines on said property.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its
passage and approval and from and after thirty days after its legal
.)ublication.
Passed first reading this 12th day of recember, 1945.
Passed second reading this 12th day of December, 1945.
Passed third reading and finally passed and adooted by
the Comm'ssion this 19th day of December, 1945.
