ORDINANCE NO. // S-6
AN ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 971 of the City of Port
ngeles, adopted by the City Commission on the 6th day of April, 1932,
nd providing for the licensing of certain occupations, vocations,
rades and vehicles.
THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PORT ANGELES DOES ORDAIN,
s follows:
Section 1. That section 41 of Ordinance No. 971 is hereby
trended to read as follows:
"Section 41. COMMERCIAL VEHICLE LICENSE FEE: Fees for licenses
i
or commercial vehicles shall be as follows, to -wit:
For one "For Hire" car or taxi cab, $50.00 per annum, and for
each additional car operated by the same owner, the sum of $25.00 per
annum."
Section 2. This ordinance is declared to be urgent and necessary
or the preservation of the public health, peace and safety of the in-
habitants of the City of Port Angeles, and shall take effect and be in
force immediately upon and after its passage, approval and lawful
publication.

frebruarY, 1946.
