AN ORDINANCE fixing the time and place of holding regular
meetings of the City Conission,of the City of Port Angeles, repeal-
ing Ordinances No. 664 and 929 and all ordinances and parts of ordin-
ances in conflict herewith, and declaring an emergency.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF WE CITY OF PORT
ANGELES:
Section 1. That from and after the effective date of this
'ordinance the regular meetings of the City Commission of the City
of Port Angeles shall be held on Monday morning of each week, at the
hour of ten o'clock A.M., at the Commissioners' Room of said City
located at 215 South Lincoln Street, Port Angeles, Washington, which
time and place are hereby designated as the time and place at which
such regular meetings shall be held.
Section 2. Ordinance No. 664 of the City of Port Angeles,
entitled An Ordinance providing for the time and place of holding
regular meetings of the City Commission of the City of Port Angeles,
declaring an emergency and repealing all ordinances and parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith ", passed by the City Commission of
said City January 19, 1921, and Ordinance No. 929, entitled "An
Ordinance providing for the tine and place of holding regular meet-
ings of the City Commission of the City of Port Angeles, declaring an
emergency and repealing all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith ", passed by the City Commission of said City March
4, 1931, and all other ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance is necessary for the protec-
tion of the public health, peace and safety of the people of the City
of Port Angeles, and that an emergency exists, and that this ordi-
nance shall be effective immediately upon its passage and publica-
tion in the manner provided by law.
