ORDINANCE NO. It
AN ORDINANCE fixing the annual salaries, compensation
and wages of certain officers, assistants and employees of the
;City of Port Angeles, and determining the time of payment thereof.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ANGETES DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That on and after and as of January 1st, 1953,
the annual salaries, compensation and wages of the following named
officers, assistants and employees of the City of Port Angeles shall
not exceed the amountsindicated as follows:
Mayor and Council:

Section 2. All such salaries, compensation and wages
,shall be paid in twenty -four installments, such installments to be
as nearly equal as the established accounting procedure of the
.City of Port Angeles shall permit, and shall be paid on the first
and fifteenth days of each month during the year 1953, or as soon
thereafter as the established accounting procedure of the City of
Port Angeles shall permit.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect five days after its passage, signing and lawful publication.
