That tie said assessment or any of them may be 21 paid ,vithout interest at any time within thirty (30) days from the 22 late of the first publication of the "ity Treasurer's notice to 23 pay th.o same as required by lacy to be liven, and all assessments 241 not pai,, within said thirty (30) day period shall thereafter be 25 Ipaid in_ ten (10) equal annual installments with interest thereon 26 27 at the rate of five (5) per cent per annum. Section 5. Assessments or installments thereof, when 28 delinquent shall in addition to the interest bear a q penalty at the 29 30' 31 rate of five (5) per cent for such delinquency; • i; Section 6.
