AN ORDINANCE transferring within the 1959 Budget appropria-
tion the sum of $2,200.00 from the Budget item General
Administrative - New Auto and the sum of p500.00 from
the Budget item General Administrative - One Radio for
Auto to the Budget item General Administrative - Unfor-
seen Emergency.
WHEREAS, it has been found that certain transfers within
the Budget as herein set forth are necessary for the balance of
the year 1959, and that said transfer will be in the best inter-
est of the City of Port Angeles in that the funds may be used
for the construction of a comfort station for the residents of the
City, tourists and other visitors on Ediz Hook; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT
ANGELES, as follows:
Section 1. That there be transferred in the General Ad-
ministrative Department Budget the following amounts:
(a) That the sum of 02,200.00 be transferred
from the item New Auto to the item Unforseen Emergency;

(b) From the item One Radio for Auto $500.00
to the item Unforseen Emergency.
Section 2. That it is in the best interests of the City of
Port Angeles that the above transfers be made.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be effective five
(5) days from and after its passage and publication as required
by law.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Angeles and
approved by its Mayor at a regular meeting of said Council held on
the 2nd day of April, 1959.
