ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Port Angeles annexing an area
contiguous to the City.
WHEREAS, the owners of not less than 75% in value accord-
ing to the assessed valuation for general taxation of the follow-
ing described area:
The Northwest Quarter of the Northeast
Quarter of Section 14, Township 30
North, Range 6 W.W.M., also described
as Government Lot 2 in said Section;
and Government Lot 3 in Section 11,
Township 30 North, Range 6 W.W.M., all
in Clallam County, State of Washington;
have petitioned the Council of the City of Port Angeles for annexa-
tion, and they have filed a plat with their petition outlining
the boundaries of the area to be annexed; and a Review Board has
met and filed a report favorable to the annexation of said area;
now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT
ANGELES that the following described area:
The Northwest Quarter of the Northeast
Quarter of Section 14, Township 30
North, Range 6 W.W.M., also described
as Government Lot 2 in said Section;
and Government Lot 3 in Section 11,
Township 30 North, Range 6 W.W.M., all
in Clallam County, State of Washington,
be, and the same is hereby annexed to the City of Port Angeles

as of the __ day of �,4J J , 19 62 , and all laws
and ordinances of the City of Port Angeles shall take effect in
said area on the effective date of this ordinance.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Angeles
and approved by its Mayor at a regular meeting of the Council
