ORDINANCE NO. i e 4
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Port Angeles annexing an
area contiguous to the City.
WHEREAS, the owners of not less than 75% in value according
to the assessed valuation for general taxation of the following
described area:
The East Half of the Northeast Quarter of the
Southwest Quarter, and the North Half of the
East Half of the West Half of the Northeast
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, and the
North Half of the Southwest Quarter of the
Southeast Quarter, and the Northwest Quarter
of the Southeast Quarter, all located in Section
15, Township 30 North, Range 6 W.W.M., Clallam
County, Washington,
have petitioned the Council of the City of Port Angeles for
annexation, and they have filed a plat with their petition out-
lining the boundaries of the area to be annexed; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT
ANGELES that the following described area
The East Half of the Northeast Quarter of the
Southwest Quarter, and the North Half of the
East Haif of the West Half of the Northeast
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, and the
North Half of the Southwest Quarter of the
Southeast Quarter, and the Northwest Quarter
of the Southeast Quarter, all located in Section
15, Township 30 North, Range 6 W.W.M., Clallam
County, Washington,
be, and the same is hereby, annexed to the City of Port Angeles
as of the 12th day of May, 1966, and all laws and ordinances of
' the City of Port Angeles shall take effect in said area on the
effective date of this ordinance.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Angeles
and approved by its Mayor at a regular meeting of the Council
held on the 5th day of May, 1966.
