AN ORDINANCE confirming the estimates of expenditures for
the City of Port Angeles for the year 1967 and affixing
the tax levies for said year as heretofore made and
levied by the City Council of the City of Port Angeles,
meeting and sitting for such purpose.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ANGELES DO ORDAIN as
I follows:
Section 1. That the estimate of expenditures for the levy
'of taxes made by the City Council of the City of Port Angeles sitting
„as a body for that purpose on the. 3rd day of October, 1966, be, and 1
,the same is hereby confirmed, and there is hereby fixed and levied
for said City and its districts for the year 1967 on all property,
both real and personal, subject to taxation for the several funds
herein set forth upon each and every dollar of assessed value of
(such property as shown by the records of assessments in the office
of the County Assessor, Clallam County, Washington, millage as
,follows, to wit:
Current Expense Fund 2.83 Mills $ 73,427.00
Street Fund 4.4 ” 113,939.00
Library Fund 2.3943 " 62,060.00
Park Fund 2.81 72,850,00
Firemen's Pension Fund .509 13,172.00
1953 G.O. Street Bond Fund 1.0294 " 24,496.25
1961 G.O. Swimming Pool Bonds .9085 " 21,620.00
TOTAL 14.8812 $381,564.25
Section 2. That all of said taxes are necessary levies
(needed to raise sufficient funds to maintain said City, its several
[districts and departments for the year 1967, commencing January 1,
1967 and ending December 31, 1967, and said taxes are hereby levied

the County Assessor of Clallam County according to law.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and
'effect immediately upon its passage, approval and publication in
the manner provided by law.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Angeles and
approved by its Mayor at a regular meeting of the Council which con
.vened on October 3, 1966 and was continued to October 6, 1966.
