AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Ordinance Map with refer -
ence to Suburban Lot 13.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a hearing and
recommended to the City Council that the South one acre of Sub-
urban Lot 13 in the City of Port Angeles be rezoned as commercial
arterial district.
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Ordinance Map on file with the City
Clerk and with the County Auditor is hereby amended to rezone the
South one acre of Suburban Lot No. 13 by placing it in the classi-
fication Commercial Arterial District.
Section 2. This rezoning is predicated upon the owners of
the property involved having previously delivered to the City an
easement for street purposes over the North. 30 feet of vacated
Second Street.
Section. 3. The Clerk is hereby directed to attach a copy
of this ordinance to the Zoning Map and to file with the County aud-
itor a certified copy of this ordinance to be attached to the Zoning
Map on file with the County Auditor.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Angeles and
approved by its Mayor at a regular meeting of the Council held on
the 01A40 day of 4491/.4F44/TER , 1967.
