AN ORDINANCE regulating interferance with City Utilities
and easements.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT
ANGELES as follows:
No new construction or remodeling of existing structures
shall encroach upon or interfere with City Utilities or easements,
either above or below the ground nor shall such construction
violate applicable codes such as the State Electrical Construc-
tion Code. Any cost incurred by the City in modifying or relo-
cating utilities brought about by such construction, except
for an increase in service, shall be payable to the City by
the owner of the property on which such construction takes
place.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Angeles
and approved by its Mayor at a regular meeting of the Council
held on the a y of LvK -� , 1969.
