ORDINANCE NO. /C7.3
AN ORDINANCE setting tap and connect fees for an area
South of the Boulevard in the Pine Street area.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Port
Angeles, as follows:
Section 1. That, for the sum of Four Hundred Dollars
($400.00), the City of Port Angeles will allow a connection to a
water line and for the sum of Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00) a
connection to a sewer in the area of Fogarty and Dolan's Addition
that is bounded by the Boulevard on the North, Pine Street on the
East, the State Highway on the South and Tumwater Valley Bluff on
the West.
Section 2. For the above tap fees the City will do all
necessary work to bring the service to the property line, any im-
provement beyond the property line must be at customer expense.
Section 3. That all future tap fees on these lines shall
be shared equally by the City and Keith Davidson until he has been
reimbursed for the amount he is advancing for the above extensions
less $800.00.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Angeles and
approved by its Mayor at a regular meeting of the Council held on
this WOaday of U Ry , 1970.
