AN ORDINANCE establishing and setting salaries of
certain officers and officials of the City of
Port Angeles and providing for the payment there-
of.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ANGELES,
as follows:
Section 1. That as of January 1, 1972, the monthly salaries of
the following listed officers and officials of the City of Port Angeles
will be as follows:
Mayor $ 100.00
Councilman 50.00
six mo. @ $1,750.00, then 25.00
City Manager 1,846.00
six mo. @ $ 795.00, then
Personnel Director 839.00
Manager's Secretary 568.00
City Attorney 650.00
Finance Director -City Clerk 1,008.00
Asst. Finance Director -City Treasurer 976.00

At the discretion of the City Manager and City Council, a new re-
view date of 3, 6 or 9 months may be applied to any of the above salaries.
Section 2. All such salaries and compensation shall be paid in
twenty -four installmants, such installments to be as nearly equal as the
established accounting procedure of the City of Port Angeles will permit,
and shall be paid on the fifth and twentieth days of each month during
the year 1972, or as soon thereafter as the established accounting pro-
cedures of the City shall permit.
Section 3. The City shall pay five dollars and fifty cents ($5.51
per month on the above listed employees dependent coverage under the
Medical Plan for those who include their depent3ent(s) under the City's
Medical Plan.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Angeles and ap-
proved by its Mayor at a regular meeting of the Council held on the 21st
day of December, 1971.
