AN ORDINANCE establishing a position classification and
pay plan for the Fire Department employees for the
year 1973.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ANGELES,
as follows:
Section 1. The following Position Classification for the Fire
Department employees is hereby adopted effective January 1, 1973:

Captain 962
Fireman 740 770 800 838 888
Section 2. Fire Department employees will receive a maximum
of $80.00 per year clothing allowance.
Section 3. The City shall reimburse a new employee for one
uniform at the end of the probationary period. One uniform is defined as
1 Pair Shoes
1 Pair Slacks
1 Long sleeved shirt
1 Hat
1 Tie
1 Belt
and
1 Name
plate
Section 4. The City shall pay $5.80 per month per employee as
a part of the employees family medical insurance coverage.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Angeles and ap-
proved by its Mayor at a regular meeting of the Council held on the 2nd
day of January, 1973.
