ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Port ngeles, Washington
adopting a general penalty and amending penalty
provisions of other ordinances to refer thereto.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ANGELES DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Unless otherwise specifically provided, any person violating
any provisions or failing to comply with any of the mandatory require-
ments of the ordinances of the City of Port Angeles, shall be guilty
of a misdemeanor. Any person convicted of a misdemeanor under the or-
dinances of the City of Port Angeles, shall be punished by a fine of
not more than $500.00, or by imprisonment not to exceed six months, or
by both such fine and imprisonment.
Each such person shall be guilty of a separate offense for
each and every day during any portion of which any violation of the or-
dinances of Port Angeles, Washington is committed, continued or permitted
by any such person, and he shall be punished accordingly.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Angeles and
approved by its Mayor at a regular meeting of the Council held on the
