AN ORDINANCE amending a section of Ordinance 1299.
BE IT ORDAINED as follows:
Section 1. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 1299 is amended
to read as follows:
"Section 2. It shall be the duty of the city manager
to sign all warrants in payment of claims approved by him. The
finance director shall affix his signature as a co- signature
on all warrants issued upon the treasurer, upon his concurrence
that the warrants represent proper payments of claims against the
city."
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Angeles
and approved by its Mayor at a regular meeting of the Council held
on this 4,651 day of .Tune, 1974.
