AN ORDINANCE establishing a position classification
and pay plan for the Fire Department employees and
providing for the payment thereof for the year 1976.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT
ANGELES, as follows:
Section 1. The following position classification and pay plan
for the Fire Department Employees is hereby adopted effective January 1, 1976.

Section 2. All compensation and wages shall be paid in twenty -
four installments, such installments to be as nearly equal as the established
accounting procedures of the City of Port Angeles shall permit, and shall be
paid on the fifth and twentieth days of each month during the year 1976, or
as soon thereafter as the established accounting procedures of the City of
Port Angeles shall permit, except that the 24th installment shall be paid on
the last working day of December, 1976.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Angeles and approved
by its Mayor at a regular meeting of the Council held on the 6 day of
