PASSED BY THE City Council of the City of Port Angeles ata regular meeting of the Council held on the „711 day of v %•y , 1979. ATTEST: c r . Marian C. Parrish, City Clerk APPROVED AS TO FORM: Craig . Miller, City Attorney PSHED: ✓.G4/ S /9951 MEMO: February 15, 1979 TO: Ken Whorton, Mayor Haguewood and Councilmembers FROM: Rob Orton, Director of Finance and Administrative Services RE: Corporation Yard Construction Fund Ken: Considering the fact that monies for the corporation yard are reserved and budgeted in several different funds, we think it best to establish a separate, special fund for purposes of consolidating and administering all monies for the construction project. Inasmuch as the project will be continuous for a period of time, the idea of a separate fund is much simpler than use of a reserve account. The attached ordinance would authorize establishment of such a fund. Thanks. cc: Pat Rodman w /attach. Marian Parrish "
