ORDINANCE NO. o? /O4
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Port Angeles
authorizing payment in full settlement
of a Claim filed against the City.
WHERE AS, a Claim for Damages in the amount of $310.03
was filed with the City of Port Angeles by Peter Roy Shue; and
WHEREAS, said claim was filed in accordance with the
state statutes and has been determined to be a valid claim for
damages; and
WHEREAS, final settlement has been made to the claimant
on behalf of the City of Port Angeles by Guaranty National
Insurance Company; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it to be in the best
interest of the City to reimburse said insurance company for
payment made on it's behalf;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council of
the City of Port Angeles as follows:
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the
Current Expense Fund the sum of $310.03 which the City Treasurer
is directed to pay to the Guaranty National Insurance Company.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Angeles
at a regular meeting held on the 7 day of October 1980.
