Parrish, City Clerk APPROVED AS TO FORM: raig Miller, City Attorney PUBLISHED: • MEMORANDUM May 27, 1981 TO: City Council FROM: Planning Departm RE: Zoning Map revision -- Office Commercial District „, ,4„,,.,, In November, 1980, the City replaced the Residential Buffer District of the Zoning Ordinance with the new Office Commercial District (Or- dinance No. 2109).. At that time, no change was made in the Zoning Map. Consequently, it is possible for a property owner to still develop under the RB requirements, even though that was not the City's in- tension. Therefore, an Ordinance correcting this oversight is at- tached. Public hearings have been posted. Because the matter is a technical correction, it has not been referred to the Planning Commission, in the interests of time and reduction of workloads. (Following the public hearing, a simple motion to approve should be sufficient, because the Ordinance contains the reasons for its adoption.)
