AN ORDINANCE of the City Council of the City of
Port Angeles, providing for an adjustment in
the wages of the employees represented by IBEW
Local 997 in the Light Department and the Equip-
ment Rental Division of the Administrative
Services Department for the period of April 1,
1982 through March 31, 1983, and declaring a
public emergency.
WHEREAS, under authority of RCW 35A.33.105, the City is authorized
o make an annual adjustment for employees of the Light Department and Equipment
ental Division; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the 1982 -1983 labor Agree -
lent between the City of Port Angeles and the City of Port Angeles Employees'
Local Union No. 997, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Article I,
, such an adjustment is provided for; and
WHEREAS, such an adjustment for the year 1982 -1983 is in the best
nterests of the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
F PORT ANGELES as follows:
Section 1. Effective April 1, 1982 through March 31, 1983,
ncluding and retroactive to that date, the wages of the following designated
ositions are adjusted as follows:
