AN ORDINANCE of the City of Port Angeles
establishing salaries for the elective
officers of the City of Port Angeles
for the period September 1, 1982, to
December 31, 1982, and reviving Ordinance
2119 upon its lapse.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT
ANGELES as follows:
Section 1. For the period of September 1, 1982, to
December 31, 1982, the salaries for persons elected to office
within the City of Port Angeles shall be as follows:
A. The Mayor shall receive $0.00 per month.
B. City Councilmen shall receive $0.00 per month.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect as
provided by law.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall cease to be effective
at 12:00 P.M. midnight on December 31, 1982, and the provisions
of Ordinance No. 2119 shall be revived as of that date and time,
and shall be effective thereafter.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Angeles
at a regular meeting of said Council held on the 21st day of
September, 1982.
