HomeMy WebLinkAbout2360• ORDINANCE NO. J '1QO AN ORDINANCE of the City of Port Angeles enlarging the boundaries of the Parking and Business Improvement Area and amending Ordinance No. 2351. WHEREAS, at its regular meeting on October 15, 1985, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 33-85 stating the City Council's intention to enlarge the Parking and Business Improvement Area and setting a time and place for public hearing to consider enlargement of such an area; and WHEREAS, at its regular meeting of November 5, 1985, the City Council held a public hearing concerning the enlargement of the Parking and Business Improvement Area at 7:00 P.M. in the public meeting room at the Clallam County Courthouse, 223 East Fourth Street, Port Angeles, Washington; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ANGELES, WASHINGTON, DOES ORDAIN as follows: Section 1. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 2351 is hereby amended by substituting the attached Exhibit "A ". Section 2. The businesses in the enlarged PBIA area shall be subject to the same special assessments as other businesses in the PBIA as set forth in Ordinance No. 2351 and the uses to which the special assessment revenue shall be put shall be the same as set forth in Ordinance No. 2351. Section 3 Effective date. This Ordinance shall take effect as provided by law.
