HomeMy WebLinkAbout2607ORDINANCE NO. 2607 AN ORDINANCE of the City of Port Angeles rezoning property located at the north- east corner of Eunice and Second Streets from RMF to OC. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Port Angeles has held a public hearing and recorded its recommendation to the City Council in the Planning Commission minutes of July 11, 1990; and WHEREAS, the requirements of the State Environmental Policy Act (Chapter 43.21C RCW) have been met; and WHEREAS, the City Council, after a public hearing, finds that said rezone would be consistent with the changes in circumstances since the area was originally zoned; would be in the best interest of the City and of its citizens; and would be consistent with the Comprehensive Plan; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ANGELES as follows: Section 1. The Official Zoning Map (Ordinance No. 2158) and Ordinance No. 1709 are hereby amended to change the zoning of the following described property from RMF, Residential Multi - Family, to OC, Office Commercial: Lots 10, 11, and 12, Block 25, Norman R. Smith's Addition to the Townsite of Port Angeles, Clallam County, Washington. Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to attach a copy of this Ordinance to the Official Zoning Map and to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the Clallam County Auditor. PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Angeles at a regular meeting of said Council held on the 7th day of August, 1990.
