HomeMy WebLinkAbout2691ORDINANCE NO. 2691 AN ORDINANCE of the City of Port Angeles, Washington, establishing the PenCom Fund and creating a new Chapter 3.31 of the Port Angeles Municipal Code. The City Council of the City of Port Angeles, Washington, does ordain as follows: Section 1. There is hereby created a new Chapter 3.31 of the Port Angeles Municipal Code to read as follows: Chapter 3.31 PenCom Fund Sections: 3.31.010 Creation 3.31.020 Administration 3.31.010 Creation. There is hereby established in the City Treasury a fund for the fiscal administration and accounting of monies for the operation of PenCom, the emergency communications and records management center operated by the Port Angeles Police Department pursuant to contracts with political subdivisions and municipal corporations within Clallam County. 3.31.020 Administration. The Port Angeles Chief of Police and Finance Director are charged with the administration of said fund. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect as provided by law.
