HomeMy WebLinkAbout2749i ORDINANCE NO. 2749 AN ORDINANCE of the City of Port Angeles amending the re- quirements for setbacks in the PBP, Public Buildings and Parks District and amending Ordinance 1709, as amended, and Chapter 17.40 of the Port Angeles Municipal Code. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ANGELES DOES RDAIN as follows: Section 1. Chapter 17.40 of the Port Angeles Municipal Code and Ordinance 1709, as amended, are hereby amended by amending PAMC 17.40.060 to read as follows: 17.40.060 Minimum Yard Requirements. No building constructed subsequent to adoption of these regulations shall be constructed closer than 35 feet to a public right -of -way line. —, except when the right -of- way line is an alley, in which case the minimum setback shall be 20 feet. Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect five (5) days after date of publication. Ordinance No. 2748 This Ordinance of the City of Port Angeles rezones property legally described as the east 284.97 feet of Sublot 102, Townsite of Port Angeles, Clallam County, Washington, from RS -9, Residential Single - Family, to RMD, Residential Medium Density, and amends the Official Zoning Map. Ordinance No. 2749 This Ordinance of the City of Port Angeles amends the requirements for setbacks in the PBP, Public Buildings and Parks District, to provide that no building constructed subsequent to adoption of these regulations shall be constructed closer than 35 feet to a public right -of -way line, except when the right -of -way line is an alley, in which case the minimum setback shall be 20 feet. This Ordinance also amends Ordinance No. 1709, as amended, and Chapter 17.40 of the Port Angeles Municipal Code.
