HomeMy WebLinkAbout2807ORDINANCE NO. 2807 AN ORDINANCE of the City of Port Angeles, Washington, revising the delinquency date for Medic I billings, and amending Section 6 of Ordinance 2112 and Section 3.64.060 of the Port Angeles Municipal Code. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ANGELES DOES HEREBY ORDAIN as follows: Section 1. Section 6 of Ordinance 2112 and Section 3.64.060 of the Port Angeles Municipal Code are hereby amended to read as follows: 3.64.060 Delinquent Bills. All bills, except Medic I, shall be delinquent if payment therefor is not received by the City on or before the thirtieth day after the mailing of the bill. Medic I bills shall be delinquent if payment is not received by the 90th day. Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect five (5) days after the date of publication by summary. City Clerk APPROVED AS TO FORM: Knutson, City Attorney PUBLISHED: May 8, 1994 (By Summary) 10 -94 Jk,TcAtle-A 1 Summaries of Ordinances Adopted by the Port Angeles City Council on May 3, 1994 Ordinance No. 2806 This Ordinance of the City of Port Angeles amends Ordinance No. 1709, as amended, and Section 17.34.040 of the Port Angeles Municipal Code by adding retail uses incidental to a use permitted under Section 17.34.020 when located on the same zoning lot as the permitted use and the sale of marine supplies as conditionally permitted uses in the M -2, Heavy Industrial Zoning District. Ordinance No. 2807 This Ordinance of the City of Port Angeles revises the delinquency date for Medic I billings whereby Medic I bills shall be delinquent if payment is not received by the 90th day and amends Section 6 of Ordinance No. 2112 and Section 3.64.060 of the Port Angeles Municipal Code. The full texts of the Ordinances are available at City Hall in the City Clerk's office or will be mailed upon request.
