HomeMy WebLinkAbout2849ORDINANCE NO. 2849 AN ORDINANCE of the City of Port Angeles revising the Budget for the fiscal year ending December 31, 1994, adopting the budget for the fiscal year ending December 31, 1995, and amending Ordinance 2789. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ANGELES DOES ORDAIN as follows: Section 1. The annual budget of the City of Port Angeles for the year 1995, as prepared by the City Manager for said City, and finally amended, fixed, and determined as to every item by the City Council after a public hearing having been held on Tuesday, December 6, 1994, and notice of said hearing having been given and published in the manner provided by law, is hereby adopted, approved and confirmed. Section 2. The 1994 budget appropriations as set forth in Ordinance 2789 and the 1995 budget appropriations are hereby adopted in accordance with the following summary of the totals of appropriations for each separate fund and the aggregate total for all such funds combined: 1994 1995 Department or Fund Amended Adopted A. The City Clerk is hereby directed to keep on file the budget referred to in Sections 1 and 2 above and to transmit a complete copy of the final budget to the Division of Municipal Corporations in the Office of the State Auditor and to the Association of Washington Cities. 2 Section 4. Ordinance No. 2848 This Ordinance of the City of Port Angeles amends Ordinance No. 1709, as amended, and adds Section 17.96.045 to the Port Angeles Municipal Code to specify the use of zoning lot covenants. Ordinance No. 2849 This Ordinance of the City of Port Angeles revises the Budget for the fiscal year ending December 31, 1994, adopts the budget for the fiscal year ending December 31, 1995, and amends Ordinance 2789. Ordinance No. 2850 This Ordinance of the City of Port Angeles establishes a fund in the City Treasury for administration of funds in connection with the maintenance of the new Senior Services and Community Center. The full texts of the Ordinances are available at City Hall in the City Clerk's office or will be mailed upon request.
