HomeMy WebLinkAbout2878ORDINANCE NO. 2878 AN ORDINANCE of the City of Port Angeles, Washington, revising the requirements for disposal of surplus real and personal property and amending Ordinance No. 2168 as amended and Chapter 2.60 of the Port Angeles Municipal Code. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ANGELES DOES HEREBY ORDAIN as follows: Section 1. Ordinance 2168 as amended and PAMC 2.60.020 are hereby amended to read as follows: 2.60.020 Exceptions to Chapter Applicability. This Chapter shall not apply to the following dispositions of property: A. When the estimated value of the property to be disposed of is $5,00015,000 or less; B. When personal property disposed of is to be traded in upon the purchase of a like vehicle, provided that the provisions of Section 2.60.030 shall be complied with; C. When the Council, by resolution, has determined that an emergency exists. Section 2 - Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect five days after publication. Ordinance No. 2876 This Ordinance of the City of Port Angeles rezones 5.37 acres of land located on Eighteenth Street west of "N" Street from RS -9, Residential Single - Family, to RMD, Residential Medium Density, and amends the Official Zoning Map. Ordinance No. 2877 This Ordinance of the City of Port Angeles establishes a plan and system for Capital Improvements; authorizes the issuance of a series of electric revenue bonds in the principal amount of $2,760,000 to finance a portion of the City's electric utility capital improvement program; and authorizes the sale of such bonds by competitive bid. Ordinance No. 2878 This Ordinance of the City of Port Angeles revises the requirements for disposal of surplus real and personal property and amends Ordinance 2168 as amended, and Chapter 2.50 of the Port Angeles Municipal Code. The full texts of the Ordinances are available at City Hall in the City Clerk's office or will be mailed upon request.
