AN ORDINANCE of the City of Port Angeles,
Washington, revising the process for adopting
clearing and grading rules and guidelines and
amending Ordinance 2734 and Chapter 15.28 of the
Port Angeles Municipal Code.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ANGELES DOES HEREBY
ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1. Ordinance 2734 and Chapter 15.28 of the Port
Angeles Municipal Code are hereby amended by amending PAMC
15.28.220 to read as follows:
15.28.220 - Clearing and Grading Rules and Guidelines.
Clearing and grading and related storm water management and
administrative rules and guidelines a3 prcparcd by the City
Enginccr are hereby ao act forth in Exhibit3 A and B,
rc3pcctivcly, which arc attackcd to this Ordinance and hcrcby
incorporated hcrcin by this rcfcrcncc. shall be developed,
updated, administered, enforced, and may be appealed in the same
manner as the Urban Services Standards and Guidelines as set forth
in PAMC 18.08130. These rules and regulations shall be filed with
the City Clerk, and shall be made available to the general public.
Such rules and guidelines shall apply to all clearing, grading,
filling, and drainage activities in the City, including activities
for which permits are required and activities which are exempt from
the permit requirements of this Chapter.
Section 2 - Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take
effect five days after publication.

Ordinance No. 2881
This Ordinance of the City of Port Angeles rezones property located on Lincoln Street south of
Second Street from PBP, Public Buildings and Parks, to CBD, Central Business District.
Ordinance No. 2882
This Ordinance of the City of Port Angeles amends Section 17.22.220 of the Port Angeles Municipal
Code as it relates to signs in the CSD, Community Shopping District.
Ordinance No. 2883
This Ordinance of the City of Port Angeles establishes a right -of -way fee for retail stands and amends

This Ordinance of the City of Port Angeles revises the Civil Service policies and provisions that govern the
system of employment of Police and Fire Department personnel by changing the composition of the Interview
Board and increasing the number of candidates certified for possible appointment for entry level positions
and amends Ordinance 2371, as amended, and Chapter 2.22 of the Port Angeles Municipal Code.

Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
These Ordinances shall take effect five days after the date of publication of these summaries.
